Shipping policy

1. Order Processing / Fulfillment Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • We do not process or ship on weekends and public holidays.

3. Shipping Zones / Regions

  • We ship to all major cities in Saudi Arabia.

  • Some remote areas or small towns may incur additional delivery time, or may not have all service levels available.

4. Shipping Costs & Methods

  • For damaged items on arrival, please take clear photos of the packaging and product and contact our support team within 48 hours.

  • For lost shipments, we will work with the carrier to locate the package; if it cannot be found, we may issue a refund or send a replacement (subject to stock availability).

7. Returns & Exchanges
