Shipping policy

If there is a delay beyond the 5 business days due to the carrier or conditions outside our control, we will inform you as soon as possible.

For damaged items on arrival, please take clear photos of the packaging and product and contact our support team within 48 hours.

For lost shipments, we will work with the carrier to locate the package; if it cannot be found, we may issue a refund or send a replacement (subject to stock availability).
7. Returns & Exchanges
